Credit Cards
Najha accepts the following credit cards for online purchases:
An authorization hold in the total amount of your order is placed on the card at the time of order placement, but your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. If your credit card is not authorized or the total amount of your order exceeds your credit limit, you will receive a message on the checkout page to try another form of payment.
Credit cards that are also debit cards can be used, but the payment will be processed as a credit card transaction.
Bank Transfer – your order will be delivered to the address provided by you, after duly proved bank transfer is received at online.shop@najha.com, along with the order number it refers to.
Taxes
Sales tax and/or goods and services tax, as applicable (individually and collectively referred to herein as “sales tax”) is calculated based on applicable federal and provincial tax laws. Typically, sales tax displayed during checkout is estimated until the order has shipped. Sales tax may also be applied to shipping fees. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards, but items paid for with gift cards are subject to taxation.
Important Note About Pricing
Prices of products listed on our website are subject to change without notice. We do our best to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions we discover. We have the right to revoke any stated offer, including after an order has been submitted and your payment method charged. If your payment method has already been charged for the purchase and we elect to cancel your order, we will issue a credit to your payment account(s) in the amounts of the charge. For credit cards, individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.Payment on delivery – your order will be delivered to the address provided by you. Payment needs to be made at time of delivery.
All merchandise ordered on najha.com can be shipped internationally and to APO/FPO boxes.
You can track your order at any time online via our Order Status page. You will need to provide your email address and order number. You also can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email, or by calling a customer service representative at +351 256 068 980.
Your order will be delivered by CTT Expresso. We however offer three shipping methods for online orders: (1) Free ground shipping, (2) 2-Day flat-rate delivery, and (3) Next day flat-rate delivery with Fedex, DHL, UPS or EMS.

NOTE: All deliveries are shipped via our Standard ground shipping method only. Additionally, for some orders having a high value over a certain threshold, we may require signature for the delivery, which means they may not be eligible for Standard Ground Shipping.
In case no one is available to receive the order, a tracking code note will be left, and parcel can be picked up at an assigned postal office. Necessary documents will be needed for parcel pick-up: identification documents, and order number or the respective tracking note.
Some Items May Ship Separately
Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. If you have chosen an expedited shipping method, each individual shipment may have a separate charge, but the total shipping charges for all shipments should not exceed the applicable flat-rate shipping charge for the entire order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked on the Order Status page under the same order number.
Item Availability
Out of Stock
In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is Out of Stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled, and you will not be charged for that item.
Short Shipment
A short shipment occurs when we ship to you fewer items than the items for which you initially were able to place an order. For example, we may ship to you only two of a certain item even though you placed an order for three. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible if we will be able to ship the remaining items later, or if we will have to cancel them.
Pre-Ordering
You may be able to pre-order some items that are not yet available for immediate delivery. The Pre-Order message will appear on the product detail pages. A credit card is required for pre-ordered items, and your credit card will be authorized for the price of pre-order as a pending charge. However, we will not charge your credit card for the order until your pre-ordered item(s) actually get shipped.

A Najha gift card is guaranteed to delight. Choose between a classic gift card and an e-gift card. Classic gift cards are subject to the same shipping policies as other Najha merchandises purchased on the website, while e-gift cards are emailed the same day and ready to use within 24 hours.

Your purchase or use of a Gift Card constitutes your acceptance of the following terms and conditions: Najha Gift Cards will not expire and are redeemable for merchandise at anytime. Gift Cards should be presented at the time of purchase and may not be redeemed for cash, except were required by law. You may also be required to provide your card number when redeeming a Najha E-Gift Card. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen, except where required by law. The total Gift Card amount cannot exceed $500.00 per card or $2,000.00 per order.
Can I purchase Gift Cards using a Gift Card?
At this time, we do not allow Gift Cards to be purchased using another Gift Card as payment.
Will my purchase of a Gift Card be taxed?
Sales tax will not be applied to purchases of Gift Cards at www.najha.com. If other merchandises are included in your order, taxes will apply only to those items.
Will I be able to apply any coupons or promotions to a purchase of a Gift Card?
Generally, coupons, discounts and other promotions cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards.
Are Najha Gift Card subject to the same shipping and returns policies as other merchandise purchased on www.najha.com?
Shipping of Najha Gift Cards is subject to the same shipping policies as other Najha merchandise purchased at www.najha, as applicable.
For Najha E-Gift Cards, if you elect to receive a copy via email of the E-Gift Card you sent to someone else, you will receive a confirmation email once the e-Gift Card is sent via email to its intended recipient. In general, the E-Gift Card is sent via email to the recipient once your online order with us is placed. Najha will not be responsible for delivery of the Najha E-Gift Card to an incorrect yet deliverable email address, or to a nonexistent email address, as provided by the purchaser.
The standard Najha Return Policy applies to any products purchased with a Najha Gift Card, but Gift Cards themselves may not be returned. Refunds of purchases made with your Gift Card will be placed back on the card or on a new card.

How do I use my Classic Gift Card to make purchases at www.najha.com ?
To apply the balance of a Gift Card to an online purchase at www.najha.com, simply enter the gift card number in the appropriate fields in the payment stage of our checkout process.
How do I use my e-Gift Card at Najha store?
To redeem a Najha E-Gift Card at our retail store, print out the Najha E-Gift Card email and present it at the time of purchase. Please ensure that your print-out includes a barcode, the gift card number and the PIN (or that you know the PIN) at the time of the purchase.
Can I use both a Gift Card and a credit card to pay for an order?
If you are using both a Gift Card and a credit card to pay for an order, the full Gift Card value will be deducted first, and then the balance will be paid using your credit card. For online returns only, if you are returning any item that was in whole or in part paid for using a Gift Card, the amount contributed to the payment via Gift Card will be credited to you via a new E-Gift Card.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of full-priced items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and when accompanied by an original Najha receipt/invoice or gift receipt. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. We do not accept returns of custom-made items.
Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
You have two options for returning/exchanging merchandise purchased online: by mail or at our warehouse. All returns/exchanges of online orders, whether by mail or at our warehouse, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.

Shipping and Delivery: Your entire order will ship once the personalization is complete. Please allow approximately an additional 1-2 business days for delivery of all monogrammed and personalized orders. Monogrammed and personalized items ship separately from other items in orders, and are eligible for standard ground shipping only.
Monogramming after receiving item/submitting order: Unfortunately, it is not possible to request monogramming for your item after the order has been placed or after you have received your product. We ask that all monogramming requests be submitted at the time of ordering.

Returning a Gift
Gifts can be returned or exchanged by mail or in store when accompanied by the gift receipt or original packing slip. To return or exchange by mail, please call a customer service representative to obtain a prepaid shipping label at: +351 256 068 980. For merchandise returned with a gift receipt only, you will receive a merchandise credit that will be issued in the form of a Najha E-Gift Card (if you return by mail) or a Najha Gift Card (if you return in store).
Final Sale Items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on sale at any time. All altered or custom-made merchandise and sale items are considered Final Sale.
Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, handbags, small cork goods and accessories are protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year limited warranty (proof of purchase required). If the handbag, small cork good or accessory proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. Defective handbags, small cork goods or accessories will not be returned to customer. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.
Over time, the cork will acquire a patina and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look of your handbag or small leather item. Please refer to our Product Care Guidelines for further information on caring for your handbag or small cork item.
